There are four sessions in the "A Fresh Start to a Healthier You!" series. You will complete one session a week. The goals for the course include:- Increase confidence in cooking healthy meals for yourself and your family- Reduce stress related to shopping on a budget- Enjoy more fruits and vegetables dailyThis course sessions include:- Session 1 - Creating Safe and Healthier Meals- Session 2 - Balancing Your Day- Session 3 - Saving More at the Grocery Store- Session 4 - Celebrating Small BitesYou must wait one week between completing each session. You will receive an email reminder each week to begin the next session. After completing the four sessions and the post-survey, you will receive a certificate of completion.
