Overview
Course Information Effective administrators help teachers in their programs set up environments that are appropriate for children's developmental needs. They facilitate the planning and implementing of curriculum and activities that are aligned with state early learning guidelines, are culturally responsive, and inclusive for all children. They collaborate with families and staff based on a sound model of planning, assessment, and modification. Funding for this 2-hour training course was provided by the Workforce Solutions as part of their Early Care and Education Quality Improvement initiative.
