Course Information When educators partner with children's families, children are empowered to learn and grow. The growing complexity of families and the challenges related to this, as well as multiple theories around the impact of the structures of families are discussed. This online course offers specific strategies for building trusting relationships and creating collaborative partnerships with families to build a solid educational foundation for children. Funding for this 4-hour pre-service training was provided by the Workforce Solutions as part of their Early Care and Education Quality Improvement initiative.
