Course Information As a teacher, you have many daily opportunities to interact with parents and coworkers. Each workplace interaction is an opportunity to build respectful professional relationships. This online course has been designed to explore the causes of communication conflicts and how to resolve them, as well as offering effective communication strategies to use with parents and co-workers. Funding for this 2-hour training course was provided by the Workforce Solutions as part of their Early Care and Education Quality Improvement initiative.
