It contains recipes for healthy side dishes to make your barbecue safe, healthy, and tasty. The fruit and vegetable recipes are limited in saturated fats, sodium, and added sugars. Food safety tips, USDA- recommended safe minimum internal temperatures, and a list of indispensable non-food items for a successful barbecue are also included.
