Early child care professionals need to understand the importance of early language experiences and learn ways to promote infant and toddler language development.
Beginning with key components necessary for all high quality infant and toddler programs, various language activities done within classroom routines are investigated.
Effective book reading strategies, as well as music and movement activities for infants and toddlers are provided.
