Overview
Course Information Explore the causes and goals of behavior to better understand the motivation behind most behaviors. Learn about attachment theory including the different types of attachments between caregivers and children as well as how these attachments are formed. Explore ideas for working with children who need additional support. Discuss classroom strategies for guiding behaviors including the role of classroom design and classroom management plans. Funding for this 6-hour training course was provided by the Workforce Solutions as part of their Early Care and Education Quality Improvement initiative.
