Welcome to Viticulture Basics for Viticulturists and Enologists!

Viticulture starts with understanding the vine. This course gives you a science-backed look at the anatomy and physiology of grapevines, how soil and terroir affect their development, and how grape quality is managed from field to fermentation.

You'll also explore economic factors that shape vineyard decisions, giving you tools to build a strategic, sustainable plan for grape production.
