Livestock guardian Dog Program

Type
Program

Overview

The Texas A&M AgriLife Center uses livestock guardian dogs (LGDs) as part of our routine sheep and goat predator management. Our goal is to increase the understanding and use of LGDs by cooperating with the small ruminant ranching community to develop research and educational activities that reduce livestock wildlife conflict. The purpose of this page is to share information to the ranching community and the general public pertaining to our program.
