Another insect pest has moved into South Texas with the potential to damage crops and spread to other parts of the nation, according to experts at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Weslaco. Research is now being conducted on the Bagrada’s biology, and information about its life cycle and control will be discussed with growers at upcoming field days.
