Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will conduct 10 Vector Management Workshops across the state from March 8 to June 3.
“The workshops are specifically designed to train personnel in cities and municipalities who are in the field of mosquito abatement,” said Dr. Sonja Swiger, AgriLife Extension entomologist at Stephenville.
CEU’s will also be offered for for pesticide licensing through the Texas Department of Agriculture and animal control.
Cost: $50 (Preregistration is required)
All workshops will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. and offer the same curriculum.

– March 21, Round Rock.
– April 5, Grapevine, register at www.municipalmosquito.com .
– April 13 Rosenberg.
– April 19, El Paso.
– April 21, Tyler.
– April 26, Weslaco.
– May 19, Lubbock.
– June 3, Corpus Christi.
