What do you need to know to start a vineyard in Texas?
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension leads this hands-on, interactive educational event at the new Horticulture teaching lab near Somerville. The morning session will take place (weather permitting) in the AgriLife Extension vineyard and barn. The afternoon session will include a series of interactive classes. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Lunch, lab and study materials provided.
Topics include: vineyard planning, necessary know-how on growing grapes, labor and material investment, limitations to know in advance
