Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of Collin County and Collin College have partnered up for their annual Dinner Tonight event on October 3rd, 2019.
The event will feature Lone Star Local Cuisine with guest Chef Joey Dawkins from Toasted Walnut Table and Market. The buffet menu includes creamy spinach chicken, avocado black bean salad, parmesan zucchini corn, decadent popcorn and mango apple crisp.
Our guests will receive a free cookbook, gift bags, giveaways, and raffle/door prizes. Proceeds go towards a culinary scholarship at Collin College.
