Ingredients:
- 4 C watermelon cubed
- 2 C cucumber cubed
- 1/2 C red onion sliced
- 1/4 C basil chopped
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 C balsamic vinegar
- 2 oz fat free feta cheese crumbled
Directions:
- Mix together watermelon, cucumber, red onion and basil.
- Mix together olive oil and balsamic vinegar then pour over the watermelon mixture.
- Top with feta cheese and enjoy!
