Walk Across Texas!

August 16 – October 10, 2026

Walk Across Texas is an 8-week program designed to help Texans establish the habit of regular physical activity. Each adult team may include up to 8 team members, all working together to walk the 832-mile goal. If you want to create a team of adults, but don’t want everyone to have to log their own activity, you can join the YOUTH league and the captain will log activity for everyone on their team! Activities like gardening, yoga, and weightlifting count too!!
