Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide trusted, practical education to help individuals, families, businesses, and producers make informed decisions that improve their lives, land, and livelihood. By combining agricultural expertise with youth and family development programs, we address local needs while preparing the next generation for success.

Key Programs
The Extension Office supports agriculture through livestock management resources, crop production education, water conservation practices, and workshops on sustainability. Equally important, we deliver family and community health programs that emphasize nutrition, food safety, and financial literacy.

4-H Youth Development
Culberson 4-H offers hands-on learning through projects in Food and Nutrition, Show Animals, Shooting Sports, Sewing, Photography, Welding, and Gardening. These activities teach students lifelong skills such as responsibility, teamwork, and leadership while fostering a sense of achievement and community service.

Community Impact
By blending agricultural advancement with youth development, the Extension Office strengthens Culberson County’s economy, culture, and future. From helping producers adapt to changing agricultural challenges to inspiring youth through 4-H, the office serves as a cornerstone of education and growth, ensuring that rural traditions remain strong while equipping the next generation with the tools to thrive.
