The broad mission of the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Amarillo, a unit of The Texas A&M University System, is to serve the citizens of Texas, the nation and world through research, education and service, which create vital economic, environmental and societal benefits.

Our programs in the Panhandle will achieve and maintain pre-eminence in Texas and nearby states in topics relevant to the communities we serve:
