The National Clean Plant Network for Roses (NCPN-Roses) is a network of scientists, educators, state and federal regulators, large and small nurseries, rosarians and growers of the garden and cut flower roses, and clean plant centers that act together to ensure that rose budwood and rootstock is clean and available.
