- Getting Started: Vineyards from the Ground Up (Vit 102) - available Summer 2025
- Installing and Managing the Vineyard Through the Fourth Leaf (Vit 103) - available Fall 2025

- Viticulture Hands-on Component (Vit 105) - available Spring 2026
For the viticulture track, you must complete at least three (3) of the following hands-on workshops as part of Vit 105:
