Take up a program focused on Viticulture or Enology separately or opt for a combined approach to gain a rounded education in both fields through individual classes.

For the wine science track, you must complete at least two (2) of the following experiences in a commercial winery setting. A letter from the winery certifying completion is required:

- Cellar Operation
- Lab Analysis
- Wine Sensory Evaluation
VITICULTURE TRACK COURSES:
- Getting Started: Vineyards from the Ground Up (Vit 102) - under development
- Installing and Managing the Vineyard Through the Fourth Leaf (Vit 103) - under development
- The Mature Vineyard (Vit 104) - under development
- Viticulture Hands-on Component (Vit 105) - under development
For the viticulture track, you must complete at least three (3) of the following hands-on workshops as part of Vit 105:
- Pruning
- IPM
- Harvest
- Canopy Management
- Irrigation
