Course Information
Environmental Quality Management of Animal Feeding Operations I will cover various topics for managing animal feeding operations. In this course, you will learn about managing manure for soil and water quality protection, emergency action plans, land application best management practices, and animal manure storage facilities. This course is eligible for four CEU hours of DOPA credits through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for Dairy Outreach Program Area Manure (DOPA) Management Training. One DOPA CEU credit will be awarded for each module for a total of four possible credits. There is a supplemental course, Environmental Quality Management of Animal Feeding Operations II, available for learners that does not include DOPA credits.
