Success…powered by YOU (SPY) provides young adults from age 18 to 24 with the tools they need to create and maintain healthy families by providing engaging workshop experiences employing high-quality, evidence-based curricula delivered by experienced facilitators as well as individual coaching related to course materials.

Workshops include the primary healthy relationship course, Within My Reach, along with optional workshops in financial literacy, Money Smart, and parenting, Common Sense Parenting. Workshops meet weekly either virtually or in person. Within My Reach meets for two hours per week for six weeks while Money Smart and Common Sense Parenting each meet for two hours per week for four weeks.

Before beginning a workshop, participants complete a registration process wherein they decide on goals and choose the combination of workshops that is most appropriate. Participants may take only Within My Reach or Within My Reach in combination with either Money Smart or Common Sense Parenting or all three. Individual one-on-one coaching is available over the course of every workshop.

SPY is fully funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Grant #90ZD0015. These services are available to all eligible persons, regardless of race, gender, age, disability, or religion.
