The Texas Rural Leadership Program provides adult leadership and community development for rural individuals, communities, organizations and regions. It provides services via consulting and delivered workshops that include training and resources focused on community building, asset / capital identification and categorization, strategic planning and goal setting, resource networking and values identification / messaging. Services are deliverable in-person and through virtual formats. The program is fee-based and often far more cost-effective than the service provided by professional consulting firms. The Texas Rural Leadership Program maintains long-lasting relationships with partners and clients that go far beyond the immediate services provided.
