Overview
End-of-life documents ensure that an individual's healthcare needs and wishes are carried out after their death or in the event they are incapacitated. In Texas, there are a number of forms available to prepare for these situations. This fact sheet discusses the four end-of-life documents that Texans should have in place. (3 pages)
