Grapevine trunk diseases (GTDs) reduce the lifespan of vineyards and increase the production costs of growing winegrapes. A broad category of chronic diseases caused by many fungal pathogens, GTDs occur throughout all winegrape growing regions in the world. This publication discusses symptoms associated with various GTDs and how to manage GTDs.
