This course will teach you about positive and negative aspects of children's conflict, why children engage in conflict with their peers, and how to effectively manage children's conflicts.

This course will teach you about positive and negative aspects of children's conflict, why children engage in conflict with their peers, and how to effectively manage children's conflicts.

After completing this training, participants should be able to:

  • Articulate the positive and negative aspects of children's peer conflicts.
  • Understand why children engage in conflict with their peers.
  • Effectively manage children's peer conflicts by teaching them age-appropriate conflict resolution skills.

This course was updated with funding 100% provided by federal Child Care and Development Funds from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as part of an $8,000,000 grant from the Texas Workforce Commission.
