SALE-LE provides a comprehensive leadership development program that enables Extension professionals in leadership and management positions to greatly enhance their abilities to work more effectively and efficiently in managing programs and volunteers in both youth and adult scenarios. These skills are transferred to the both adult and youth volunteers to assist them in expanding their skills to reach more people.
