Becoming an effective leader is an ongoing, life-long process of learning, trial and error, and reflection.
Designed to provide tools to grow as a learner, this online course identifies and describes five essential learning and life skills you already have, and which you can develop to a higher level of understanding as you lead others in effective, high quality care of young children and their families.
