Many experts believe that healthy social-emotional development serves as the basis for children to develop the skills they need to succeed in life. This includes how to pay attention, cooperate, and get along with others.

This 1-hour training course will help you learn more about children's social-emotional development during the preschool years. In addition to providing you with a general overview of the topic, this course will offer some practical tips on how to best support children's development in these key areas.

Funding for this course was provided by the Office of Title V and Family Health, Texas Department of State Health Services using Title V Maternal and Child Block Grant Funds.
