The Texas A&M AgriLife Bill Sims Wool and Mohair Service Laboratory offers a range of fiber quality and content testing services. The lab collaborates with state agencies and industry to conduct research that benefits sheep and goat producers throughout the U.S. Wool and mohair fiber evaluation research at the lab helps to ensure that imports meet the specifications of U.S. textile mills and that exports meet global standards.
