The Texas 4-H Agriculture & Livestock Program provides a variety of unbiased resources for 4-H/FFA families, leaders and volunteers interested in youth livestock projects and agricultural advocacy.

The swine project allows youth to explore the various aspects of the swine industry such as livestock selection, nutrition, and animal husbandry.
- Lab
The Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory, TVMDL, includes four diagnostic laboratories serving veterinarians, livestock producers and government agencies.

TVMDL offers timely and accurate diagnostic tests for Tritrichomonas foetus, the parasite that causes bovine trichomoniasis, or trich.
