This course introduces the concept of strategic management and planning with an emphasis on organization adaptability. Strategic management and planning provides insight into how businesses develop and how they add value to the people and communities they serve. The course also provides an overview of business planning, with an introduction to and focus on stakeholder engagement practices. This is course 2 of 8 in the Child Care Business Training courses.
