Creating a comprehensive staff development and training program can be a daunting task. As with all heavy tasks, it may be best to streamline these tasks into achievable steps.

This online course examines processes for program directors looking to improve their staff development program. During this course, participants develop methods and explore strategies for identifying center and staff training needs, as well as effective adult learning strategies.

Funding for this 2-hour training course was provided by the Workforce Solutions as part of their Early Care and Education Quality Improvement initiative.
