Course Information Guidance and discipline are two of the most challenging aspects of any early childhood teacher's work. This online course explores what contributes to problem behaviors in the classroom, and how to work with children most effectively to promote positive behaviors. It examines the connection between the classroom environment and the children's behaviors. Funding for this 1-hour training was provided by the Workforce Solutions as part of their Early Care and Education Quality Improvement initiative.
