Course Information Why and how to strengthen language through responsive and effective interactions with infants and toddlers helps early care teachers understand the importance of early language experiences. Learn ways to promote infant and toddler language development within the child care setting. Two areas of development which go hand-in-hand are oral language development and social emotional development. Multiple strategies for effective, responsive communications are given. Funding for this 2-hour training course was provided by H-E-B.
