Our statewide network of professional educators leads programs designed for Texans to learn cooking techniques, new recipes and the importance of diet in disease prevention.

Cooking Well with Diabetes is an online cooking school class designed to help people with diabetes and anyone that prepares food for them. It is delivered in sections packed with researched-based information on management of type 2 diabetes and delicious diabetes-friendly recipes.

An online curriculum series for Better Living for Texans (BLT)/SNAP-Ed adult audiences. Certificate of Completion available to those completing the four-session series.
