    Join Panola County AgriLife Extension for a hands-on Canning Workshop designed for beginners and home food preservers alike. This workshop will cover basics of home canning, essential food safety practices, and common mistakes to avoid when preserving food at home. Participants will enjoy a live water-bath canning demonstration of Mayhaw jelly and will take home a jar of freshly made Mayhaw jelly.

Divisions: Photography, Foods, Arts & Crafts, Legos, Fabric & Fiber Arts, Floral Design, Educational Displays, and Clover Kids.

Open to ALL Panola County 4-H, Clover Kids, and FFA members as well as students enrolled in art classes, or culinary/life skills classes!
