The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office hours are the following:

Monday:       8:00 am-5:00 pm (open during lunch time 12:00 Noon -1:00 pm)

Tuesday:       8:00 am-5:00 pm (open during lunch time 12:00 Noon -1:00 pm)

Wednesday: 8:00 am-5:00 pm (open during lunch time 12:00 Noon -1:00 pm)

Thursday:     8:00 a.m.-5:00 pm (open during lunch time 12:00 Noon -1:00 pm)

Friday:           8:00 am-12:00 Noon (We close at 12:00 Noon)

District Photography registration dates:  February 2nd-February 13th

Horse Judging registration dates:  March 2nd-March 27th

Spring Spectacular registration dates:  March 16th-April 6th

Livestock Judging Contests registration dates:  March 2nd-March 27th

District Horse Show registration dates:  April 20th-May 8th

Leadership Lab registration dates:  April 27th-May 8th

Junior Leadership Lab registration dates:  June 1st-June 15th

COUNTY & MAJOR SHOW VALIDATION DATES

****Must be in line by 10:00 a.m. for all Validations****

      • December 19, 2025-BCJLHS Poultry pick up from 12:00 Noon-2:00 p.m. at the Extension Office
      • January 3, 2026-BCJLHS Rabbit Validation from 8:00 -10:00 a.m. at the Show Barn
